The UK tour follows Schofield’s critically acclaimed fifth studio album, "Far As I Can See"released in the UK in February 2014. (Provogue Records / Mascot Label Group).
Over the last decade Schofield has earned a formidable international reputation as one of the most innovative and revered contemporary blues inspired guitarists on the world stage today.

In addition to five studio albums, Schofield has released four live albums. A "master of tone" and influential guitarist’s guitarist, Schofield’s "hear-it-and-weep tone mixed with to-die –for-chops" (Guitar & Bass Magazine) prompted an instructional DVD release and forth coming transcription book from iconic music publisher Hal Leonard. Collaborations with some of the finest equipment manufacturers in the world have inspired a Matt Schofield Two-Rock Signature Amplifier, Signature Strings and Overdrive Pedals.
Matt is the proud recipient of awards including the British Blues Awards Guitarist of the Year 2010, 2011 & 2012 (making him the first guitarist in the British Blues Awards Hall of Fame), Mojo magazine’s Blues Album of the Year 2011, and British Blues Awards Album of the Year 2010.
